Return Policy

If there is a product issue from our end, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we'll do what we can to make things right.

Items can be returned in their original condition for exchange, depending on availability and approval, or store credit within 7 days of the delivery date on the original order regardless of the payment method used.

Returns MUST be processed through our Return Form and delivered to our warehouse within 7 days from original delivery dateWe will not accept any returns outside of the 7 day time frame. Any requests for returns exceeding 7 days from package receipt will be denied and not accepted at our warehouse. 

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. We do not accept items that are discounted, intimates or accessories.

Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for the returned items until you’ve received your store credit. 

In-person return drop offs will not be accepted at our warehouse or corporate office. Returns are to be returned via mail.

Please follow the process below for returning your item(s).

  • Complete our Return Form Here.
  • Enter the items you desire to return with your reason and solution type (store credit or exchange). Approval of the return / exchange takes 2-5 business days. 
  • Once approved, mail back your approved return. Make sure you keep your return tracking information so you can be sure items return to us as planned.
  • When your return arrives back at Essentially Noir our team will ensure all item(s) have been received and send an email confirming receipt within 2-7 business days of receipt to our warehouse.
  • You’ll receive your store credit or approval of exchange within an additional 1-3 business days.

Please note: In the event of a discrepancy between the value of the returns entered via the return form and the actual items received we reserve the right to recover any shortfall from you. If this is the case, we will contact you first.
